Entenmann's Little Bites Pouch Recycling
This recycling program is run through TerraCycle, which offers a range of free recycling programs funded by conscientious brands, manufacturers, and retailers. Not only do they recycle items which would otherwise be dumped in a landfill, they also offer rewards which can be redeemed by our school for cash! Once collected, the pouches are cleaned and melted into hard plastic that can be remolded to make new recycled products.
Here’s how you can help JV Washam:

Collect your empty Entenmann’s Little Bites and Snackin’ Bites pouches.

Remove all crumbs and bring them to school.

Deposit them in the Little Bites collection bin in the main hallway outside the Parent Center (just past the Front Office).

In order to reduce waste, please deposit them loosely in the bin – no need to waste a ziploc bag.

Also, please make sure to put them in the correct bin – do NOT put them in the bin meant for our other School Rewards.
We began this program last year. Our first shipment earned us $42.
